I am a senior procurement leader with more than twenty years of experience across both direct and indirect procurement within global CPG and consumer-driven enterprises.

My background includes leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, Clorox, Stanley Black and Decker, and Frontier/Verizon Wireless, where I have led multi-billion-dollar spend portfolios spanning materials, services, and enterprise-wide indirect categories.

In recent years, my focus has been on scaling and modernizing indirect procurement organizations at enterprise scale.

My work centers on transforming procurement from a transactional function into a strategic business capability.

I have led operating model redesigns, category strategy development, and governance frameworks across both direct and indirect spend, enabling disciplined capital allocation, improved service levels, and reduced complexity.

These efforts have delivered 5% - 15% in run rate savings in organizations depending on change appetite. Larger savings efforts require more sponsorship, change management rigor and detailed dashboards with frequent cadences to track progress.

Some strategies I have employed include Tail spend consolidation, Outsourcing of non-core activities, Energy strategy optimization, and Cost Modeling with a Total Cost of ownership inclusion in the savings calculation.

I partner closely with finance, operations, supply chain, and business leaders to align procurement strategy with brand priorities, growth objectives, and enterprise transformation agendas. Not all partnering has been easy - it takes time to develop and once our metrics are balanced, the business finds us to be a true partner in driving efficiencies.

I am currently exploring new leadership opportunities following Frontier’s acquisition by Verizon, which represents a natural point of transition.

I am particularly interested in senior procurement roles where leadership across both direct and indirect spend is critical to driving operational excellence and long-term value creation.
